Letter from the Prime Minister

Reception Class felt strongly about the Government's free milk scheme and decided to write to the Prime Minister. He responded! Coming soon - the response.

Lincs FM Advert Recording

Children from across the school visited the Lincs FM radio station to record an advert for our school. They were given a tour and met the radio stars - it was very inspirational. Then, they recorded their voice parts in the professional recording studio. The advert will be broadcast across Lincolnshire througout November.

LAFTAS Film Ceremony Finalists

Last year, some of our children took part in a film literacy project which we entered, for the first time, in Lincolnshire’s annual film making competition called The LAFTAS.  I am delighted to say that our children’s entry has got through to the finals and we have been invited to a very special awards evening at The Engine Shed in Lincoln. The patron of the film awards, Jim Broardbent, will be hosting the evening, where prizes will be awarded for different categories. The evening is full of entertainment and excitement as our children have the exciting opportunity to walk the red carpet in an Oscar inspired awards ceremony. We are very proud of all our children’s achievements.
